About the role
Exclusive Management is hiring a full-time Telesales Representative working on site in Sinn Al Fil. The representative makes outbound calls to potential clients, provides excellent customer service and support, and works towards sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospects by phone and present products or services
- Address customer inquiries and maintain customer relationships
- Provide customer service and support
- Take part in training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
Required profile
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service and customer support experience
- Proven track record in sales
- Willingness to take part in training programmes
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing practices is a plus
