Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join The Kode’s on‑site team in Sinn Al Fil. In this full‑time position you will drive daily sales activities, handle inbound and outbound calls, and support customers throughout their buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote The Kode’s products and services and achieve sales targets.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and support during and after calls.
• Deliver sales training sessions to junior staff or new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in sales and experience in customer service or support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Knowledge of the software development industry.
