About the role
This full-time on-site position in Sinn Al Fil is for a Telesales Consultant who will reach out to potential customers, provide sales consulting, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Discuss product features and benefits.
- Close sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required profile
- Strong sales consulting and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Training experience.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telesales is a plus.
