Telesales Consultant – Call Center

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time Telesales Consultant to join its call‑center team in Sinn Al Fil. You will engage potential customers over the phone, provide sales consulting, and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce product features.
• Conduct sales consultations and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Achieve sales targets while working under pressure.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced environment.
