Telesales Consultant – Call Center

About the role
The company is seeking a full‑time Telesales Consultant to join its call‑center team in Sinn Al Fil. You will engage potential customers over the phone, provide sales consulting, and deliver high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce product features.
- Conduct sales consultations and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Achieve sales targets while working under pressure.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Previous experience in telesales is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
