Telemarketing Advisor – SDR for AI & Tech Campaigns

About the role

Join a fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. As a Telemarketing Advisor you will conduct high‑volume outbound calls for multiple AI and technology campaigns, engaging decision‑makers across 20+ international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume cold calls using an in‑house dialer and qualify prospects for high‑quality sales meetings.
• Represent several client campaigns, quickly adapting messaging for different products, industries and target audiences.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without relying heavily on scripts.
• Accurately record call outcomes, prospect information and booked meetings in the provided systems.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and fellow SDRs to meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong resilience, patience and the ability to handle frequent rejection while staying motivated.
• Highly motivated, competitive and willing to conduct several hours of cold calling each day.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM, onsite at Beirut Digital District.
