Technical Project Manager

About the role

ET3Labs is looking for a Technical Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of engineering projects. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, break down complex requirements into actionable tasks, and ensure timely, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through release.
• Break down user stories into backend and frontend workstreams, identify dependencies and assign tasks to the appropriate teams.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, kickoff, review, retrospective) and enforce timeboxes.
• Track progress, manage risks, resolve blockers and escalations, and maintain release schedules.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, DevOps, QA, Architecture and Security to guarantee smooth delivery.

Required profile

• Strong project and program management experience with complex technical initiatives.
• Proven team leadership and clear communication across cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Robust analytical ability to evaluate data, trade‑offs and support decision‑making.
• Experience managing software or platform projects, preferably in high‑scale cloud or data‑driven environments.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
