Technical Product Owner – Technical Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner who will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, guide product owners, and serve as the go‑to expert for production incidents. This is a full‑time fixed‑term position ending December 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Analysts to convert business requirements into clear technical specifications and design scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Assess technical feasibility early, flag challenges, and guide developers through implementation.
• Own Incident & Problem Management – act as escalation point, diagnose root causes, implement work‑arounds, lead post‑incident reviews and drive preventive measures.
• Collaborate across Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Testers and Application Support to prioritize backlogs, plan tests and manage technical debt.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, stay ahead of industry trends and champion best practices, including AI/ML and cloud‑based tools.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle, with proven experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and system design at scale.
• Sharp analytical and problem‑solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operations and physically fit for the role.
