About the role
Technical Consultant will work with CBS’s banking clients to document, model, and refine business requirements, support implementation, and deliver training on banking software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in analysis and design of customer business requirements and model processes according to banking standards.
- Assist in functional setup, parameter configuration, and execution of functional test plans.
- Conduct internal and customer training sessions and support users during User Acceptance Testing.
- Write user guides, functional specifications, and provide pre‑sales product demonstrations.
- Report on product enhancements and contribute to ongoing banking product improvements.
Required profile
- BS degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent (MBA a plus).
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the banking software industry.
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
