Technical Consultant

About the role

The Technical Consultant works closely with the Sales team to translate client needs into viable technical solutions. This role also supports internal projects that improve workflows, automation, and system integration at SCOPSIS.

Key responsibilities

• Join client meetings to gather technical requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Prepare proposals, solution designs, and technical documentation for the Sales team.
• Assist the Business Development Manager with RFP responses, cost estimates, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with Delivery/Tech teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet client expectations.
• Support the CEO on internal technical initiatives such as workflow automation, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Document processes and deliver clear handovers to delivery teams once deals are closed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal tools and technical practices.

Required profile

• Strong ability to translate client needs into practical technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM or automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in pre‑sales, technical consulting, or solution design.
