Technical Aftersales & Installation Coordinator

About the role

Wood and Gas is seeking a proactive Technical Aftersales & Installation Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of fireplace, BBQ and gas‑appliance installations. You will act as the central point of contact between clients, the showroom team, warehouse, drivers and installers, ensuring every project moves smoothly from scheduling to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation dates for fireplaces, BBQs and gas appliances.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, showroom staff, warehouse, drivers and installers.
• Schedule site visits and confirm product or accessory availability before confirming installations.
• Handle after‑sales claims, service requests and warranty cases, following each case until it is fully closed.
• Prepare simple reports and keep Google Sheets and the CRM updated with real‑time information.
• Support the technical team by providing site photos, measurements and detailed service notes.

Required profile

• Practical, reliable and detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up abilities.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
