Talent Management Team Supervisor

About the role

The Talent Management Team Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the Talent Management Department at World of Business, a digital agency based in Saida, Lebanon. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth execution of influencer campaigns and supports the Department Manager in delivering high‑quality creator content.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Account Managers handling influencer and creator accounts.
• Monitor creator campaigns, content pipelines, and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal creative teams such as Video Editors and Graphic Designers.
• Provide on‑set or production direction to align content with creative concepts and campaign objectives.
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational challenges and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Prepare weekly performance and project‑status reports.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Talent Management, Influencer Marketing, Account Management, or agency project management.
• Strong leadership and team‑supervision abilities.
• Excellent organizational, follow‑up, and multi‑project management skills.
• Effective communication, coordination, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of content production and creative direction.
• Experience with project‑management tools; ClickUp knowledge is a strong advantage.
• High emotional intelligence and professional judgment when dealing with teams, clients, and talent.
