Talent Management Team Supervisor – Influencer & Creator

About the role

World of Business is seeking a Talent Management Team Supervisor to lead the Influencer & Creator Management department. You will oversee daily operations, supervise Account Managers, and support the Department Manager to ensure high‑quality execution of influencer‑led campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support Account Managers, setting clear priorities and ensuring accountability across talent accounts and campaigns.
• Oversee content pipelines and campaign workflows from briefing through production, review, approval, and delivery.
• Monitor team workload, project progress, and deadlines, identifying risks early and coordinating corrective actions.
• Review briefs and handovers to guarantee that talents, editors, designers, and production teams have the information needed.
• Provide practical direction to talents during content execution and shoots, coordinating with creative and production teams.
• Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals to minimise rework and maintain timely delivery.
• Act as first point of escalation for daily operational issues and ensure consistent implementation of SOPs.
• Prepare weekly reports on project status, delivery quality, team workload, operational risks, and required decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or account/project management involving creators.
• Proven track record supervising a team or leading multi‑contributor project delivery.
• Strong understanding of creator content, talent positioning, brand collaborations, and influencer campaign execution.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Effective communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Availability for full‑time, on‑site work in Saida, Lebanon.

Required skills

• ClickUp (project/workflow management tool) experience.
• Familiarity with other project or workflow management tools.
