Talent Development Specialist

About the role

The Talent Development Specialist will deliver high‑quality training services aligned with Azadea Group’s organizational development strategy, supporting staff across stores and back‑office in the region. The role involves analyzing performance data, designing and delivering training programs, and monitoring their effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning needs by analysing performance and competence data to spot gaps.
• Conduct training needs assessments and design courses that comply with company guidelines.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality training resources to achieve specified learning outcomes.
• Foster culture awareness and customer service through targeted training sessions.
• Administer performance and development programmes in coordination with Talent Management.
• Deliver onboarding programmes for new shop and back‑office employees.
• Monitor and record training activities, measuring effectiveness against KPIs.
• Research and coordinate with external training providers when outsourcing is required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail training.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
