Talent Development Associate

About the role

The Talent Development Associate provides administrative and clerical support to the talent development team, ensuring smooth operation of training initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain employee training data in the training management system and generate quarterly analytical reports.
• Assist in preparing and administering training programs at various business locations.
• Develop and update immersion and orientation plans, and help facilitate new employee orientation.
• Maintain a library of training materials, including books, videos, and audio resources.
• Support identification of learning needs by analyzing performance data and researching new training topics.
• Monitor participation and completion of digital learning solutions and support local trainers in regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role; retail training experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and strong communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English language skills.
