About the role

Aihom Istikbal is looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its continued growth. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high‑quality hiring process that aligns with the company’s goals and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of best‑practice sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
