Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Spectrum Hospitality Group, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our diverse portfolio of restaurants, cafés and corporate functions. Based in Beirut, you will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract, select and onboard top talent that aligns with our brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating hiring decisions.
• Partner with department leaders to define role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records and ensure a professional, seamless candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and develop talent pipelines for frontline, managerial and corporate positions.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to align staffing plans with business growth and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within hospitality or retail.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Organized, detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations and inclusive hiring practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.
