Talent Acquisition Internship

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, pre‑screening, headhunting, interview scheduling, shadowing hiring processes, and documenting hiring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks to build a talent pipeline.
• Assist in headhunting passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial pre‑screening calls to assess fit against predefined criteria.
• Provide structured feedback on candidate profiles to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Shadow interviews conducted by recruiters and hiring managers to learn evaluation techniques.
• Support recruitment projects such as employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Participate in benchmarking and research on talent acquisition best practices.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Zero to one year of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.

Required skills

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
