Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to build a qualified talent pool and ensure a smooth candidate experience while upholding the company’s ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, following company hiring policies.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist qualified applicants, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct entry‑level interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and create departmental talent pools.
• Update applicant tracking systems and ensure data compliance.
• Support employer branding through social media and career site content.
• Provide administrative assistance, including recruitment reports and onboarding coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment or similar experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
