Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support the end‑to‑end procurement and logistics process for our customers. You will act as the main liaison between suppliers, freight forwarders, inspection agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations to customers and process the related purchase orders.
• Submit purchase orders to suppliers, track confirmations and monitor delivery schedules.
• Verify packing lists, supplier invoices and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Arrange pre‑shipment inspections with designated agencies.
• Provide clear shipping instructions to freight forwarders and issue sales invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, inspection agencies and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and related documentation.
• Proactively resolve supply‑chain issues to achieve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English (written and spoken).
