Spanish Technical Support Representative

About the role

The Spanish Technical Support role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut. You will provide technical assistance to Spanish‑speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat while ensuring clear communication of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems for Spanish‑speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Document cases and resolutions in the support system, following established procedures and service‑level agreements.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support and collaborate with internal teams to address recurring problems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering clear, courteous communication in Spanish and English.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and good command of English.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities and ability to follow scripts and internal procedures.
• Available to work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, including 12‑hour rotating day and night shifts.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
