Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist greets and assists guests and members at the Health Club, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience that aligns with the hotel’s service standards. Working at the front desk, the role combines customer service, cash handling and coordination with therapists to support the spa’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet all visitors to the Spa and Wellness Centre warmly, invite them to sign the consultation form and provide lockers, towels or bathrobes.
• Promote membership services, give facility tours and assist new members with application forms.
• Handle all Spa cashier transactions, issue receipts and balance the cash register at shift end.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, manage bookings, cancellations and refer matters to the appropriate staff.
• Liaise with therapists for appointment confirmations or changes.
• Thank guests on departure and invite them to return.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Write and deliver hand‑over reports for the next shift.

Required profile

• Education: Business Administration, Personal Assistant or Secretary background; relevant certificate is an advantage.
• Minimum one year of reception experience in an international spa.
• Excellent oral and written skills in the local language and good English communication.
• Client‑facing experience, business writing, stock and retail management, telephone system operation and computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a 7‑day operation environment.
