Social Media Video Editor

About the role

We’re looking for a video editor to help create sharp, premium LinkedIn videos about A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, and design. This is founder‑led content, combining talking‑head footage, screen recordings, website examples, captions, charts, and simple motion graphics.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short LinkedIn videos ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging social content with captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics.
• Apply clean, consistent colour grading and basic sound design to maintain a premium look.
• Create strong openings that hook viewers and repurpose longer recordings into short clips.
• Maintain a clean, data‑driven brand style while communicating clearly with a U.S.-based team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio of social media videos.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience editing talking‑head, educational, or business‑focused content.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• Good written English, reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
