Social Media Manager & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager & Performance Marketing Specialist to expand our brand presence and generate qualified leads. The role combines daily content production with strategic Meta advertising to drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Publish 12–16 feed posts, 8 Reels, and 20–24 Stories each month.
• Organise and execute two on‑site photo/video shoots per month.
• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Target audiences using interests, location, look‑alike, retargeting and B2B job‑title criteria.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver monthly reports on reach, engagement, leads and cost‑per‑lead.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong ability to create compelling visual and written content.
• Skilled in photography, videography and video editing.
• Analytical mindset to assess performance data and optimise for lead generation.
• Excellent communication and organisational capabilities.
