About the role

Reach, a Dubai‑based marketing and talent management agency, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to lead the social presence of its diverse client portfolio. Working remotely, you will shape strategies, oversee content production, and deliver performance insights across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies and monthly content calendars for multiple clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day client communication and coordinate briefs for designers, videographers, and content creators.
• Write compelling captions, schedule posts, and ensure timely publishing on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Monitor trends, engagement metrics, and community interactions, responding promptly to audience feedback.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Organise and coordinate photo/video shoots, guaranteeing on‑time delivery of assets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
