Social Media Manager / Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager and Content Strategist to drive brand growth for our clients. Working closely with the creative team, you will shape content strategies, oversee production, and ensure every deliverable meets our high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Research client industries, competitors, audiences, and market trends.
• Develop monthly content strategies, pillars, and creative directions.
• Brainstorm and generate monthly content ideas and occasional campaign concepts.
• Create content calendars and detailed creative briefs for production.
• Write engaging social media captions, copy, and campaign messaging.
• Attend and direct photoshoots and video productions, collaborating with photographers and videographers.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and editors throughout the production process.
• Review creative assets for consistency, detail, and alignment with strategy.
• Schedule and publish content across social platforms.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Manage project timelines and ensure smooth execution from concept to delivery.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of social media, branding, content strategy, and digital marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Creative eye for photography, videography, and visual content.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable directing creative productions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑driven.
• Experience with content planning and scheduling tools is a plus.
• Hybrid work arrangement (office and remote).
