About the role

Makers Production, a leading video production company in Beirut, is seeking a motivated and organized Social Media Expert & Admin Assistant. The role combines administrative support with the management of internal and client-facing marketing and social media activities, helping the company maintain smooth operations while enhancing its online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client marketing and social media accounts, providing ongoing support and communication.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal workflows, ensuring effective collaboration between creative and marketing teams.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms, monitor engagement, and support campaign initiatives.
• Create and maintain content calendars, conduct market research, and analyze trends to inform strategy.
• Assist sales and promotional efforts and provide multifunctional administrative support for daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital marketing with up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills in Arabic and English.
• Experience in market research, trend analysis, and campaign coordination.
• Highly organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of taking ownership of tasks.
