Social Media Executive

About the role

Hello Social, a fast‑growing social media agency, is seeking a proactive Social Media Executive to join the team remotely. You will work closely with Account Managers to support the day‑to‑day management and execution of client social media accounts across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with daily client account management.
• Prepare and maintain social media content calendars.
• Schedule posts on multiple platforms using social media management tools.
• Support monthly reporting and performance analysis.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate content approvals and ensure deadlines are met.
• Help with community management, monitoring comments and messages.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and content opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media, digital marketing or account support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Canva proficiency.
• Graphic design experience.
• Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
