Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Art in Motion Studios is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to join its on‑site team in Matn District. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing daily visual and written content that showcases the studio’s artistic projects and engages a diverse audience across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce short‑form videos, photos, stories, and written posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes studio activities and collaborate with designers, photographers, and performers.
• Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages.
• Optimize content for reach and engagement using platform best practices.
• Report on performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and execute social media content strategies.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with experience in video editing and photography.
• Excellent copywriting ability for captions and posts.
• Comfort with analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate in a creative team, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Relevant experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing; experience in art, dance or performance environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent practical experience preferred.
