About the role

Media Mingle is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator to produce short‑form video and visual assets for Instagram Reels and TikTok. You will translate client objectives into engaging digital stories, stay ahead of trends, and help drive audience interaction across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot and edit short‑form videos, photos and Reels/TikToks tailored to diverse client niches.
• Write catchy, brand‑aligned captions and hooks that boost engagement and reach.
• Monitor social media trends, viral audio, visual formats and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, publishers and creative directors to ensure alignment with client goals.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience creating short‑form video content for social platforms.
• Strong portfolio or reels showcasing mobile video production, Reels, TikToks or photography.
• Ability to quickly generate fresh visual concepts from brief inputs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software/apps, specifically CapCut.
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts best practices and trending formats.
