Social Media Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team at Locals Real Estate. Based on‑site in Mazraat Yachouh, you will help shape our online presence across key platforms and support the marketing team in delivering engaging content for the commercial real‑estate audience.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, schedule and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Assist in creating basic graphic assets or coordinate with designers to ensure visual consistency.
• Monitor comments, messages and inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns and track basic performance metrics.
• Prepare simple reports to inform content optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather property updates, company news and market insights for content creation.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in real estate or prior exposure to commercial real‑estate is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mazraat Yachouh and collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.
• Relevant education or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools and basic social media analytics.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
