Social Media and Content Lead

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media and Content Lead to own our digital presence across platforms. You will manage the full content lifecycle—from planning and creation to publishing, performance analysis, and continuous optimisation—while shaping the brand’s voice and driving engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital channels, including captions, short‑form copy and campaign messaging.
• Film, edit and produce Instagram Reels, videos, Stories and other short‑form assets; edit photos and videos to maintain a premium visual style.
• Support basic graphic design tasks such as story layouts, invitations, event assets, social media templates and branded visuals.
• Schedule and publish content using approved calendars, ensuring alignment with brand identity and tone.
• Maintain a structured archive of content files, footage and creative assets.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and content performance, providing data‑driven recommendations for optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using social media scheduling tools.
• Content creation using Canva.
• Design and editing with Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
