About the role

The Social Media Account Manager will own the success and growth of assigned client accounts, focusing on organic social media strategies. Working within an agency environment, the role acts as a strategic advisor, aligning client business objectives with effective social media execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day client relationships as the primary point of contact, building trusted partnerships.
• Define, own, and continuously refine account strategies that align with client goals and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring accurate scoping, realistic timelines, and proper resource allocation.
• Lead internal coordination between creative, content, strategy, and traffic teams, translating client briefs into clear actionable plans.
• Monitor account performance, track risks, and provide regular analytics reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client submission and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Mandatory agency experience with a proven track record managing organic social media accounts.
• Strong client relationship management skills and ability to act as a strategic advisor.
• Excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
