Social & Community Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social & Community Specialist to manage the daily social media presence and online communities for a portfolio of brands. The role covers content planning, creative coordination, community management, UGC and influencer collaborations, Google Business profile upkeep, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly social media calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, creating engaging captions, hashtags, and short‑form video concepts.
• Identify, onboard and manage relationships with influencers, micro‑influencers, food bloggers and UGC creators, coordinating product seeding and tracking collaboration results.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, mentions and reviews across social channels and Google Business profiles, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate Google Business listings, including hours, menus, photos and responding to reviews.
• Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth and traffic, delivering regular performance summaries and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or community management.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, calendars and creator relationships simultaneously.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, FMCG, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
• Copywriting for social media captions, hooks and calls‑to‑action.
• Understanding of short‑form video and social‑first content formats.
