Service Technician – ELV, CCTV, Systems & Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with expertise in ELV, CCTV, systems and network technologies. The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting low‑current and security solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test and maintain ELV systems such as access control, intrusion alarms, intercom, time‑attendance, structured cabling, and audio‑visual solutions.
• Deploy and support IP and analog CCTV systems, configure NVR/DVR, cameras, video management software and remote access.
• Provide Windows OS and server administration, manage virtual machines, storage and backup solutions.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless APs, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS and overall network performance.
• Participate in project deployment, site surveys, technical reporting and coordination with clients, vendors and project managers.
• Deliver on‑site and remote technical support while ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with ELV, CCTV and network systems.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation abilities.
