Senior Web / UX & CRM Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Web / UX & CRM Coordinator will lead the technical and user‑experience performance of the university’s digital platforms. This role ensures that website updates, landing pages, forms and CRM‑related workflows are delivered accurately and support institutional communication and conversion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage website updates, page structures, content implementation and technical coordination for all web‑related requests.
• Ensure approved changes are delivered within agreed service levels and support the creation of landing pages, forms and other campaign assets.
• Assess user journeys, improve accessibility, navigation, clarity and conversion rates.
• Monitor technical and UX indicators, propose enhancements and coordinate with Digital & Growth and Account Management on campaign paths.
• Maintain the integrity of lead capture forms, routing and related CRM or tracking workflows.
• Verify that data capture tools function correctly and consistently.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, UX Design, Digital Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web management, technical coordination or UX‑related work.
• Strong technical capability in content management systems, forms and web‑related problem solving.
• Ability to bridge technical execution with user experience and conversion needs.
• Proficiency in Arabic, English and French.
