Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the full design lifecycle of AI‑powered SaaS platforms, dashboards, web applications, and intelligent agents. You will work closely with international clients, translating business challenges into intuitive, high‑fidelity experiences while driving continuous improvement after launch.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UX/UI projects from discovery, research, and problem framing to design, handoff, launch, testing, and iteration.
• Lead client discovery calls, stakeholder workshops, and brainstorming sessions to capture objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, persona development, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.
• Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, component libraries, variables, modes, and design tokens.
• Utilise AI tools such as Claude to accelerate design processes while ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with developers for accurate implementation and provide clear production‑ready handoffs.
• Present concepts, research insights, and design rationale to clients and stakeholders.
• Document case studies, SOPs, and best practices; mentor junior designers.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience with end‑to‑end ownership of shipped digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing research, UX decisions, user flows, UI design, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, auto‑layout, and design system management.
