Senior UX/UI Designer – AI‑Powered SaaS Products

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of AI‑powered software, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and intelligent agent experiences. The role combines deep user‑centered thinking with advanced visual design, client‑facing confidence, and extensive use of Figma and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own UX/UI projects from discovery, research, and problem framing through design, development handoff, launch, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Lead client discovery calls, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to capture objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, persona development, and synthesize findings to guide product decisions.
• Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes for AI‑driven applications.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, component libraries, variables, modes, and design tokens.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and provide clear, production‑ready handoffs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience with end‑to‑end ownership of shipped digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating research, UX decisions, user flows, UI design, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, auto‑layout, and design system organization.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) within the design workflow to accelerate processes.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
