Senior UI Designer – AI‑Powered SaaS Products

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead the end‑to‑end design of AI‑powered SaaS platforms, dashboards and web applications. The role combines deep UX thinking, visual design expertise and client‑facing confidence while leveraging advanced Figma and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own UX/UI projects from discovery, research and concepting through design, developer handoff, launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead client discovery calls, stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture objectives, user needs and business challenges.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, persona development and synthesize findings into information architecture, user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Design intuitive experiences for AI‑driven applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards and internal workflow systems.
• Build and maintain scalable Figma design systems, component libraries, variables, modes and design tokens.
• Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate design processes while validating all outputs.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and provide production‑ready handoffs.
• Present design concepts, research findings and rationale to international clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional UX/UI or product design experience with end‑to‑end ownership of shipped digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing research, UX decisions, user flows, UI design, prototypes and delivered outcomes.
• Excellent client communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain, defend and iterate on design decisions using evidence and clear reasoning.
• Interest in continuous learning, experimentation with AI and emerging technologies.
• Based in Lebanon and able to work full‑time on‑site in Dbayeh.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables, auto‑layout, design systems).
• Experience with AI design assistants such as Claude.
• Strong user research, persona creation, competitor analysis and usability testing.
• Designing AI‑powered products, SaaS platforms, dashboards and complex digital workflows.
• Building and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries.
