Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our Beirut office. The role involves advising clients, designing complete travel itineraries and managing all bookings from flights to hotels. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options and packages that match client needs and budgets.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations and handle the full travel booking process from reservation to departure.
• Issue, re‑issue and refund airline tickets, and follow up with airlines, hotels and other suppliers.
• Deliver after‑sales support, including changes, cancellations and traveler assistance during trips.
• Achieve sales targets, expand the client base and foster repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a travel agency environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional approach to service.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport.
