Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

Chateau Marsyas is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to lead the design and coordination of travel experiences linked to its winery. Based on-site in Beirut, you will craft bespoke itineraries, manage logistics, and ensure a premium level of service for clients, partners, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and coordinate travel itineraries, including winery visits and regional tours.
• Handle reservations, bookings, and end‑to‑end travel logistics.
• Consult with clients to understand preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
• Manage changes, resolve issues, and maintain accurate travel records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimise travel options and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in travel consulting, management, and customer service.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic or French a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut and interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Professional, service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking systems.
• Experience using reservation platforms.
• Competence in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
