Senior Tendering Engineer – Beirut

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tendering Engineer to join our Beirut team, responsible for preparing competitive tenders and cost estimates for major engineering and construction projects. The role involves leading the estimation process, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals for project tenders based on client specifications.
• Develop accurate cost estimates covering labor, material, equipment and subcontractor quotations.
• Analyze pricing data to ensure competitiveness and realism.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Prepare financial breakdowns, margin analysis and budget forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate with legal, contracts, engineering, procurement and project management teams to meet contractual and regulatory standards.
• Develop HSE plans and arrange project insurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, estimation and proposal management within engineering or construction.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
