Senior Systems Solutions Architect – Cloud, Virtualization & AI (Remote, CA)

About the role

GigaKOM is seeking a Senior Systems Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of modern enterprise infrastructure for California‑based clients. This fully remote position blends strategic solution architecture with hands‑on engineering across cloud, virtualization, and AI‑enabled technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hybrid and cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure and related services.
• Architect identity and access management solutions with Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, and conditional access.
• Develop scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure strategies for mission‑critical workloads.
• Guide clients through cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
• Lead data‑center and high‑availability architecture design.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for client environments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience designing enterprise‑level solutions on Microsoft cloud platforms.
• Strong background in virtualization technologies and enterprise server environments.
• Proven ability to consult with sales, engineering, and client stakeholders.
• Hands‑on expertise in implementing security and identity solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
