Senior Solutions Architect

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Architect you will act as the bridge between client expectations and technical delivery. You will lead deep‑dive workshops, support pre‑sales activities and present solutions at board level, while guiding the development team from concept to production with a focus on security, performance, scalability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into detailed, secure and scalable architecture designs.
• Create comprehensive technical architecture assets and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to shape the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle.
• Ensure implementations meet non‑functional requirements such as performance, reliability and security.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to development teams and lead incident resolution in production.
• Travel to client sites for project inception, training sessions and workshops.
• Develop technical blueprints, solution accelerators and continuous‑improvement assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing scalable web and mobile platforms for large, complex projects.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Hands‑on technology leader comfortable guiding teams through implementation.
• Ownership mindset for both architecture definition and production performance.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on‑site engagements.
