About the role

Speedlane is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications. The role combines full-stack expertise with AI-driven development to accelerate coding and automate repetitive tasks, while collaborating closely with product, design, and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI agents and tools to speed up coding, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure high-quality output.
• Lead end-to-end design and development of web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Design, implement, and optimise scalable databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Architect modular, scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployment and management.
• Communicate effectively with clients to align expectations and provide technical guidance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience building product-centric software solutions.
• Strong full-stack knowledge with modern web and mobile development paradigms.
• Experience in database design, implementation, and optimisation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
