Senior Software Engineer – AI‑first

About the role

Aspire Software is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead AI‑first development of its hospitality integration platform, based in Lebanon. You will own end‑to‑end product and platform initiatives, designing and delivering reliable, scalable systems that combine large language models with real‑time hotel data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy production‑grade software across the AI and integration platform.
• Develop workflows that blend large language models, business logic, APIs and live hotel data.
• Build and enhance integrations with hotel PMS, booking, payment, telephony and customer‑service platforms.
• Use AI development tools throughout the engineering lifecycle, from research to deployment.
• Improve accuracy, latency, reliability and cost efficiency of AI agents.
• Create evaluation frameworks, monitoring and safeguards for AI‑driven workflows.
• Diagnose complex production issues across distributed systems and third‑party APIs.
• Make sound architectural decisions while maintaining speed and practicality.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, hotel partners and engineering teams to translate operational problems into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and raise standards for engineering quality and AI‑first development.

Required profile

• At least five years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of complex production systems.
• Strong backend engineering skills in Python, TypeScript or another modern programming language.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools daily and validate their output with solid engineering judgment.
• Practical experience building products with large language models, generative AI or agentic workflows.
