Senior Software Developer – AI‑Enabled Integrations

About the role

Aspire Software seeks a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain third‑party integrations using AI‑augmented workflows. You will work on loosely defined requirements, transform them into production‑ready solutions, and ensure robust, observable integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full integration lifecycle: discovery, API contract design, development, testing, deployment, and reliability monitoring.
• Work within the existing .NET and SQL integration layer, refactor legacy code, and resolve production issues without regression.
• Engage directly with external technical teams to negotiate API contracts and clarify integration details.
• Document contracts, data flows, and operational runbooks for long‑term support.
• Leverage Claude Code and agentic AI tools to plan, scaffold, test‑generate, and deliver high‑quality integration code.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication for cross‑time‑zone collaboration.
• Strong commercial experience building and maintaining REST, webhook, and event‑driven integrations.
• Proven engineering judgement when reviewing AI‑generated code and handling edge‑case scenarios.
• Attention to detail in API contract design, error handling, and observability.
