Senior Social Media Manager for FMCG Brands

About the role

Ad-vert Communications seeks a seasoned Senior Social Media Manager to join its Client Servicing team. You will lead the social strategy for a portfolio of established FMCG and consumer brands, turning commercial objectives into engaging digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Interpret each brand’s business objectives, audience insights, positioning and tone of voice.
• Translate client briefs into clear creative directions for designers, copywriters and videographers.
• Manage client communication, feedback loops, approvals and expectations.
• Oversee content production, ensuring quality, relevance and brand consistency.
• Identify opportunities to boost engagement, reach and overall brand performance.
• Monitor account metrics, prepare monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Handle multiple accounts and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Contribute to campaign ideation, presentations and quarterly planning.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or client servicing.
• Proven track record managing FMCG, food, personal care or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social platforms and digital consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑management abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and accountable.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑supported creative and productivity tools (advantage).
