Senior ServiceNow Developer – Remote (U.S. Hours)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our fully remote team. The role requires availability during U.S. working hours and focuses on building, securing, and maintaining complex ServiceNow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Lead or contribute to platform migrations from legacy or third‑party ITSM systems, handling data mapping, transformation, and cutover support.
• Integrate ServiceNow with CMDB, Asset Management, and other external data sources, managing event‑driven updates and interface contracts.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, SLA configurations, and operational analytics.
• Support performance optimization, scalability, and API governance for high‑volume integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with capacity to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
