Senior Real Estate Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

Namou Properties is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join its remote UAE sales team from Lebanon. You will work with qualified buyer and investor leads, guiding them through the entire sales cycle for high‑value property and land investments across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified leads from initial contact to closing.
• Understand client investment goals, budgets, and requirements.
• Present suitable UAE property and land opportunities.
• Conduct professional consultations and sales presentations.
• Handle objections, negotiate confidently, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with management to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, investment, or high‑value sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Experience using a CRM and managing a structured sales pipeline.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote, target‑driven environment.
