Senior Real Estate Manager

About the role

3ikarcom Real Estate is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to lead day‑to‑day property operations in its Matn and Beirut offices. This full‑time, on‑site position will guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes while ensuring smooth portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property listings, coordinate viewings, and support clients throughout transactions.
• Supervise lease negotiations, administration, and monitor occupancy and rental performance.
• Ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the property portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and partners.
• Mentor and provide direction to junior team members.
• Conduct regular market analysis, prepare performance reports, and contribute to business‑development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven property‑management experience with oversight of daily operations and tenant relations.
• Hands‑on experience in residential, investment, and commercial real‑estate transactions (office, retail, mixed‑use).
• Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field and relevant certifications or licenses.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to lead, coach, and work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
